We aim to deliver all orders within specified delivery times. For reasons beyond our control this may on occasions be longer. In the event you order an item which is out of stock when our website has not already informed you that the item is out of stock we will contact you by telephone or email as quickly as possible to notify you - you are entitled to cancel the order at this stage should the delayed delivery be inconvenient.

All orders will be delivered by a courier service and can be delivered up until 10pm.

In the event the order arrives damaged i.e. there is visible damage to either the goods or packaging we ask that you refuse delivery and request it be sent back to us. We will then inspect the damage and have a replacement sent to you straight away.

All deliveries will require a signature from someone at the customer’s property. If a signature cannot be obtained by our chosen delivery company then a calling card will be left and the item/s will be returned to the depot, from which you will need to arrange for a re-delivery. (The only exception for this is if a non-tracked service is chosen for USA/Australia - if this is chosen In The Style cannot be held responsible for missing parcels)

We reserve the right to cancel any order which is logistically too complicated to deliver and will treat this order as a cancelled order. A refund will be given if any monies have been paid.

Return Details

Want to return your order? No problem! You can return your items to us within 14 days for a full refund (excluding delivery charge). Should you return your item after this timeframe, you will only be eligible for an exchange or customer credit.

Faulty items can be returned up to 6 months after purchase.

Please take extra care when trying on your new purchases, as unfortunately we can’t refund or exchange any items that are marked with make-up, fake tan or body lotions etc. All items but be returned with the tags still attached.

Grooming products, pierced jewellery, perfume (where the cellophane packaging has been removed) underwear or swimwear (if the hygiene seal has been removed) cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.

Shoes must be tried on indoors and must not show any signs on wear.

All UK orders include an easy-peel returns label. Simply package up your items, stick on the label and drop it off at your local post office. If you opt for a refund, we will process the full transaction amount (excluding delivery charge) minus £2.50 handling charge.

Please ensure all returns are accompanied with a returns note. All returns will be dealt with within a 14 day period, please allow a further 7 working days for refunds to appear back into your account. Please make sure you retain your proof of return.

If you choose not to use the returns label, we recommend you use a recorded service so your parcel can be easily tracked, as we cannot be held responsible for any lost parcels.

Refunds will be processed within 7 days of being received and will be refunded to your original method of payment within 7 days subject to bank clearing times.

We recommend that all customers retain a proof of postage receipt and keep this until you have been credited for your returned items. 

Please note we can only process UK and IE exchanges. All international exchanges will be processed as a refund.

Where credits are issued, these will have no expiry date.
